Returns Policy
Wedding Gowns
We will accept returns on non-altered wedding gowns. We will accept returns on merchandise that is damaged or defective. All returns must be within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off bye the carrier. And you must have a return authorization number from us. All returned gowns will have a 35% restocking fee applied from the full purchase price of the gown. No manufacturer will take any gowns back from sjweddings so therefore we must have a 35% restocking fee. In addition you will incur any delivery fees, transaction fees . Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will incur a 50% restocking fee. Once you have obtained a return authorization from us you have 8 business days to get the merchandise back to us. All merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was sent in. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price. All returned packages must have a return authorization number on them.Other Merchandise
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on Veils, Bridesmaids, Flower girls, Accessories, Prom dresses, or petticoats.Damaged Merchandise
We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves sjweddings. All merchandise that leaves here are x shop samples . If you feel your merchandise is damaged you must let us know within 3 days after your carrier has dropped of the package. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. Sjweddings will incur shipping charges on damaged merchandise. sjweddings will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is found not damaged or misused.Cancelled Orders
All orders cancelled after 3 days of the initial purchase will lose 50% of the Merchandise purchase price. We do NOT accept cancellations on Veils, Bridesmaids, Flower girls, Accessories, Prom dresses, or petticoats. All other charges are non-refundable including Shipping, Insurance, and any transaction fees. Quick ship orders, cannot be cancelled or changed. We will try to work with you on cancelled orders. We are an ethical business and will do everything we can to cancel your order without you being obligated to the gown. Most situations it’s up to the manufacturer. sjweddings has the most upfront return policy in the industry. We will not hide behind words to contradict the terms.Refunds
Refunds are issued in UK POUNDS. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate.
